Commercial & Institutional Applicability
This website is provided primarily for business-to-business (B2B) use by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), Tier-1 automotive and HVAC suppliers, injection moulders, procurement professionals, and plastic engineers.
Capacity to Contract
By requesting material samples or commercial quotations on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the necessary organizational authority to bind that entity.

Technical data sheets (TDS), processing guides, test curves, and application guides are published solely for evaluation by prospective clients. They may not be republished, scraped, or incorporated into commercial material databases without prior written consent.
Formulation & Reverse Engineering Protection
Nothing contained on this website shall be construed as granting, by implication or estoppel, any license or patent right over Polimatrix proprietary chemical formulations or polymer compounding processes.

The mechanical, thermal, electrical, and rheological property values published on this website are typical laboratory test values.
Typical Values vs. Guaranteed Minimums
All properties listed on technical data sheets represent average values obtained from standard ASTM injection-moulded test specimens under controlled conditions. They do not constitute guaranteed minimum specifications or binding warranty terms.
Customer Application Validation
Because part geometry, gate placement, mold design, screw shear, and processing conditions directly influence final performance, the purchaser/molder is solely responsible for validating the material under actual component testing and service conditions.
Specification Freezing
Definitive commercial specifications, agreed tolerance envelopes, and Certificate of Analysis (CoA) release criteria are formally established and frozen in writing at the time of Purchase Order acceptance.

RFQ Submissions & Commercial Quotations
Our digital RFQ platform facilitates initial engineering and commercial discussions.
Non-Binding Status of Web Inquiries
Submitting an RFQ through our web portal does not create a binding sales contract. Preliminary cost estimates or grade suggestions provided via the website are subject to formal verification by Polimatrix commercial management.
Sample Pellet Dispatches
Sample material dispatch is subject to raw material availability, customer qualification review, and agreement on trial molding parameters. Polimatrix reserves the right to decline sample dispatches where technical alignment cannot be established.
Official Purchase Orders
Binding sales agreements occur exclusively upon the issuance of a formal written Purchase Order (PO) by the customer and its subsequent written confirmation and Proforma Invoice by Polimatrix India.
