Polimatrix India collects business and technical information strictly necessary to provide customized polymer compounding, material testing, technical consultation, and commercial quotations.

Commercial & Contact Information
When you submit a Request for Quotation (RFQ), contact our technical staff, or request Technical Data Sheets (TDS), we collect your name, corporate email address, phone number, company name, and location/shipping address.
Technical & Material Specifications
To formulate and validate custom plastic compounds, you may provide component descriptions, target polymer specifications (e.g., SAN GF, ABS, PC, Flame Retardant grades), processing method requirements, and target mechanical or thermal thresholds.
Basic Web Communication Telemetry
When you access our digital portal, standard HTTP request metadata such as browser type, operating system, and pages visited may be processed transiently to ensure reliable catalog delivery and site security.

In alignment with our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, order and technical correspondences are logged for traceability, repeat compounding consistency, and audit integrity.
